FOOD FOR THOUGHTS:
- Very Bread – Baked bread can be stored frozen for three months. For unbaked bread, check packaging label (of course).
- Breads & biscuits – leftover biscuits, breads, rolls, etc. may be put in a large zip-locked bag and frozen.
- No Mess Hamburger – Use a release ice cream scoop to mold hamburgers. Drop on wax paper and flatten with a pancake turner.
- Bread crumbs – Don’t throw away leftover bread crumbs and eggs after breading something. Reuse them. Pour egg into bread crumbs and shape into little balls. Then drop in hot oil until brown. No waste.
