A delicious cheesecake made from fresh mangoes, cream cheese, whipped cream, flour, egg yolk, butter, lemon juice and of course sugar. This is not the kind of no-cook cheesecake that has a pie shell. This recipe needs to be baked in an oven but the process is very simple. You will just combine everything then put it in the blender, pour in a baking pan then bake!
How to Make Mango Cheesecake
- 2 pcs ripe mango fruits remove skin and seed
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 250 grams sugar
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 30 grams cake flour
- 2 pcs whole eggs
- 1 pc egg yolk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 tsp. melted butter
How to Make Mango Cheesecake:
- In a food processor, mix all ingredients.
- Blend until very smooth in texture. Pour into pan or ramekin.
- Bake in 135 °C oven with water bath until done.
