- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
How to make kalamansi concentrate:
- Make a syrup of 2 cups sugar to 2 cups water. Cool.
- Add the juice of 15 kalamansi (about 1/2 cup) previously strained.
- Pour this mixture in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
- To make a glassful, fill glass half full then add water and ice as desired.
