2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons onion, sliced
2-1/4 cups buko meat, shredded
1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons green onion, sliced
1 cup coconut water
How to cook Stir-Fried Buko:
- Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes and buko in cooking oil.
- Add coconut water and season with salt. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Drop in the green onions and cook for 2 more minutes, before removing from the fire.
- Serve hot.
