Lumpia Macaw (Spring Rolls)

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup pickles
1 to 2 onions, chopped
1 medium singkamas cut into tiny strips
2 cups ground gluten or vegemeat
Soy sauce if desired

How to cook Lumpia Macaw (Spring Rolls):

  • Sauté all ingredients adding pickles and singkamas at the end.
  • Season with salt and soy sauce. Cool the mixture.
  • Wrap in small lumpia wrappers. Deep-fry in hot fat.
  • Yield: 16 small lumpia.
