This simple cheese soup is made from cheddar cheese, celery, peas, parsley, tomato paste, salt and pepper. It’s so simple that you only need to boil all the ingredients in soup stock until the veggies are tender.
How to Cook Tempting Cheese Soup
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup Celery diced
- 6 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. parsley chopped
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 bouillon cube chicken
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
How to cook Tempting Cheese Soup
- Wash, pare, and cut vegetables. Simmer in 6 cups chicken stock containing tomato paste until tender.
- Add bouillon cube and pepper. Cook 4 minutes longer. Lastly, add cheese and parsley.
- Serve hot. Good for 6-8 persons.
