1 head lettuce
2 cup sugar beet or carrot rings, cooked and drained
1 & 1/2 cup onion rings
1 cup cooked sweet peas
1 cup Kraft mayonnaise mellow
natural cheddar cheese
How to make Wreath Salad
- Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves. Tear remaining lettuce into bite-size pieces.
- Layer half of lettuce, beets or carrots, onions, mushrooms, and peas.
- Repeat layers, arranging top layer of vegetables to form wreath.
- Serve with mayonnaise blended with cheese as dressing.
- Good for 5 persons.
