Wreath Salad

Ingredients:

1 head lettuce
2 cup sugar beet or carrot rings, cooked and drained
1 & 1/2 cup onion rings
1 cup cooked sweet peas
1 cup Kraft mayonnaise mellow
natural cheddar cheese

How to make Wreath Salad

  • Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves. Tear remaining lettuce into bite-size pieces.
  • Layer half of lettuce, beets or carrots, onions, mushrooms, and peas.
  • Repeat layers, arranging top layer of vegetables to form wreath.
  • Serve with mayonnaise blended with cheese as dressing.
  • Good for 5 persons.
