Fruit Juice Punch

Ingredients:

8 cups grapefruit juice
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups lemon juice
16  cups water
4  cups orange juice
1  cup sugar or honey
Ice

How to make fruit juice punch

  • Mix fruit juices, water and sugar. Chill.
  • Serve with cubes of ice.
  • Yield: 8 quarts, or 60 small glasses.

COOKING AND HEALTH TIPS: Oh, Orange! Taking 2 to 4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent and dissolve kidney stones as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer.
