Roasting the Peanuts

To begin, start by roasting the peanuts. Purchase peeled raw peanuts and heat a pan on a stove. Add the peanuts and cook them on low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Roast the peanuts for about 10 minutes or until they turn a golden brown color. Once done, remove them from the pan and set them aside to cool down.

Once the peanuts have cooled down, pass them through a grinder as many times as necessary to create a fine and smooth consistency. Next, add the salt, sugar, and oil to the peanut mixture and pass it through the grinder several times until a very smooth and fine paste is obtained.
