1-1/2 cups tokwa cubes soaked in 1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup thick coconut milk
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1-1/4 cup water
How to cook Tokwa Adobo With Coconut Milk:
- Fry tokwa cubes lightly. Set aside.
- Put coconut milk in a pan and add garlic, salt and kalamansi juice.
- Let boil, stirring constantly. When mixture simmers, add the tokwa.
- Cook until sauce becomes thick. Yield: 3 servings.
