2 eggs, beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup cooked green peas
How to cook chinese fried rice:
- Scramble eggs in 2 tablespoons of oil, breaking up into small pieces. Set aside.
- Saute remaining ingredients in remaining oil for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Mix scrambled eggs, cook and stir for 5 more minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
