A very simple yet healthy and delicious salad recipe. A combination of grated radishes and roasted tomatoes with chopped onions and dressing composed of kalamansi juice, salt and sugar makes this a very appetizing fresh salad.
How to Make Radish-Tomato Salad
- 3 native radishes grated
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 large tomatoes roasted over live coals
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1/4 cup kalamansi juice
How to make Radish-Tomato Salad
- Grate native radishes. Peel roasted tomatoes and mix with chopped onions.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and toss together lightly. Serve cold.
- Yield: 8 servings.
