Coco Mango Royale

This is a dessert of molded gelatin combined with condensed and evaporated milk, chopped coconut meat, mangoes and buko juice. I guarantee that this is a delicious and easy to prepare dessert.

To make coco mango royale; Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and let stand for 3 minutes. In a saucepan, dissolve gelatin In buko juice, add evaporated milk and sugar. Cook until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and pour into the fruit mixture stir to mix and pour into a buko shell or In a gelatin mold. Refrigerate until set. To see the complete recipe with lists of ingredients in exact measurements, continue reading.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup chopped ripe mangoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped buko
  • 1/4 cup Carnation Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. unfavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup buko juice
  • 1/2 cup Carnation Evaporated Filled Milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
 

How to make Coco Mango Royale:

  • Combine the first 3 ingredients In a bowl and let stand for 3 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, dissolve gelatin In buko juice, add evaporated milk and sugar.
  • Cook until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and pour into the fruit mixture stir to mix and pour into a buko shell or In a gelatin mold.
  • Refrigerate until set. Good for 4 servings
