This is a recipe of cheese puff made out of cheese, egg and bread crumbs. A great way to served this as an appetizer and very easy to make. Just look at the ingredients, you only need four ingredient to make this cheese puffs. You also don’t need an oven, just a frying pan will do.
How to Make Cheese Puffs
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg separated
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Combine cheese, sugar, bread crumbs, egg yolks and sugar. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
- Shape into balls about 3/4-inch in diameter. Roll in fine bread crumbs.
- Fry in deep hot fat until brown. Drain off excess fat in absorbent paper.
- Yield: 2 to 3 dozen puffs.

Cheddar cheese grates better if cheese is placed in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes before grating.
