A delicious  and refreshing dessert called guinomis na melon which is very similar to our all time favorite halo-halo. This is usually served in summer and originally this dessert came from Visayan region and if I’m not mistaken, it originated in Cebu. One distinguishing feature of this cold dessert that differentiate it to halo-halo is the use of coconut milk. On halo-halo, milk is used as a creamer.
