Tokwa Sarciado

Tokwa sarciado consists of fried tofu squares and simmered with tomatoes, onion and garlic.

To cook tokwa sarciado; Dice each tokwa square into four pieces. Fry and set aside. Saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add the seasonings and a little water if it is too dry. Add fried tokwa. Ingredients
  

  • 8 to kwa squares
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper

  • How to cook Tokwa Sarciado:
  • Dice each tokwa square into four pieces. Fry and set aside.
