2 cups gluten or vegemeat, chopped
2 onions, quartered
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
4 stalks celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
How to cook Stew Superb:
- Brown gluten and garlic in oil. Add remaining vegetables and bay leaves with enough water to cover.
- Cook until vegetables are barely tender. Thicken broth with flour blended with 1/4 cup cold water.
- Cook for 10 more minutes. Add soy sauce. Yield: 5 servings.
