1/2 kilo gluten, sliced lengthwise, 1/3-inch thick
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, well-beaten
Dash of pepper
How to cook Fried Gluten:
- Season gluten with salt and pepper.
- Dip in well-beaten eggs, roll in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
- May be served with catsup or desired sauce.
- Yield: 5 to 6 servings.
