1/3 cup parsley sprigs (remove stems)
1/3 cup chopped watercress leaves
2 tablespoons capers,drained
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/2 tablespoon chopped olives
1 cup mayonnaise
How to make Green Salsa:
- Combine parsley, watercress, capers, tarragon vinegar, olives and chives in blender.
- Process at high speeds until smooth. Fold into mayonnaise thoroughly.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Makes 1 & 1/4 cups.
