How to Make Tiramisu

  • 240 grams 8-oz package light cream cheese
  • 120 grams 4ounces cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 4 tbsp. coffee liqueur
  • 12 lady fingers
  • 2 cups heavy cream whipped
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate grated


How to make Tiramisu:

  • In blender or food processor, make a paste of the cream cheese, cottage cheese, powdered sugar, wine and cream.
  • Set aside. Combine boiling water, sugar, instant coffee and coffee liqueur in a spraying bottle.
  • Arrange lady fingers on a medium rectangle glass dish. Fill any gaps with crumbled lady fingers.
  • Spray coffee mixture evenly on lady fingers.
  • Pour cheese mixture over lady fingers, spreading evenly. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
  • Chill for about 2 hours (do not freeze) before serving.
