In blender or food processor, make a paste of the cream cheese, cottage cheese, powdered sugar, wine and cream.
Set aside. Combine boiling water, sugar, instant coffee and coffee liqueur in a spraying bottle.
Arrange lady fingers on a medium rectangle glass dish. Fill any gaps with crumbled lady fingers.
Spray coffee mixture evenly on lady fingers.
Pour cheese mixture over lady fingers, spreading evenly. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
Chill for about 2 hours (do not freeze) before serving.
