Ingredients
  

  • 1 pc pie crust base 9" shell with fluted edge
  • 1/4 cup light syrup 2 Tbsp. sugar + 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2-3 pcs ripe mangoes
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla oil
  • 1 cup sweetened nata de coco
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

How to make Nata-Mango Pie:

  • Prebake regular pie crust. Drain bottled nata de coco.
  • Peel mangoes and slice lengthwise, making four to five strips (about 3 to 5 mm thick) and cut remaining mango pulp into cubes.
  • Mix sliced mango with light syrup. Set aside.
  • Combine remaining ingredients then pour over prebaked crust.
  • Arrange mango strips on crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve cold.
