pc pie crust base 9" shell with fluted edge

light syrup
2 Tbsp. sugar + 2 Tbsp. water

pcs ripe mangoes

vanilla oil

sweetened nata de coco

beaten

granulated sugar

Instructions
How to make Nata-Mango Pie:
Prebake regular pie crust. Drain bottled nata de coco.
Peel mangoes and slice lengthwise, making four to five strips (about 3 to 5 mm thick) and cut remaining mango pulp into cubes.
Mix sliced mango with light syrup. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients then pour over prebaked crust.
Arrange mango strips on crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve cold.
