Ingredients
  

  • 1 kilo cassava grated, juice extracted
  • 6 pcs eggs
  • 3 cups pili pulp
  • 3 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 bar grated cheese 1/3 grated as topping
  • 1 kilo sugar
  • 6 cups milk evaporated or fresh milk
  • 2 cups pili nuts 1/2 cup toasted and chopped add to mixture and 1/2 cup whole pili as topping

How to make Pili Pulp Cassava Cake

  • Add together cassava, pili pulp, grated cheese, milk, sugar, chopped toasted nuts, vanilla and eggs.
  • Stir to mix evenly. Pour to mold, Bake in 350 °F oven for 15minutes (bake halfway.) Remove from oven and arrange whole pili into flower.
  • Add grated cheese and return to bake in 350 °F oven for another 15minutes until golden brown.
