Instructions
How to cook Sinabawang Gulay:
Boil water in a pot, estimate on how much water you are going to boil. While boiling put in Knorr fish cube.
Then add the ginger, squash, gabi. Boil for about 5 minutes then add the lemon grass.
Add the eggplant, then boil for another 5 minutes. Then add the okra and alugbati.
Let it boil for a while then add the malunggay leaves and let it simmer for about 1 minute before serving.
