Ingredients
  

  • 2 pcs ripe mango fruits remove skin and seed
  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 30 grams cake flour
  • 2 pcs whole eggs
  • 1 pc egg yolk
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. melted butter

Instructions
 

How to Make Mango Cheesecake:

  • In a food processor, mix all ingredients.
  • Blend until very smooth in texture. Pour into pan or ramekin.
  • Bake in 135 °C oven with water bath until done.
