regular bundles of kangkong
1/2
teaspoon
sugar and pepper
3
tablespoons
soy sauce
5
clove
garlic
minced

tablespoon
kalamansi juice
Instructions
How to cook Adobong Kangkong:
Chop the stem with leaves and pick only the soft part of the stem.
Wash sorted kangkong. Saute the garlic. When brown, add kangkong.
When partially cooked, add kalamansi juice and bring to a boil.
Season with soy sauce and salt. Yield: 4 servings.
Note: Okra or sigarilyas may be used instead of kangkong.
