Ingredients
  

  • 2 regular bundles of kangkong
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon kalamansi juice

Instructions
 

How to cook Adobong Kangkong:

  • Chop the stem with leaves and pick only the soft part of the stem.
  • Wash sorted kangkong. Saute the garlic. When brown, add kangkong.
  • When partially cooked, add kalamansi juice and bring to a boil.
  • Season with soy sauce and salt. Yield: 4 servings.

Note: Okra or sigarilyas may be used instead of kangkong.
