Instructions
How to make coleslaw with oil and vinegar dressing:
Arrange cabbage and onions in a serving bowl.
Combine sugar, vinegar, salad oil, mustard, celery seed, salt, and MSG until well-blended.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour cooked mixture over cabbage and onions.
Allow to set for 3 hours. Stir coleslaw and refrigerate. Serve cold.
