young gabi
boiled, peeled and coarsely chopped

300 ml condensed milk

confectioner's sugar
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
Instructions
How to make Pastillas de Gabi:
Blender gabi and condensed milk until smooth.
Cook over low heat in saucepan.
When thick, add confectioner's sugar.
Continue cooking until almost dry.
Transfer into butter-greased pan. Then cut into desired pieces.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Serve or wrap in colorful Japanese paper or cellophane.
