Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup chopped ripe mangoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped buko
  • 1/4 cup Carnation Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. unfavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup buko juice
  • 1/2 cup Carnation Evaporated Filled Milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
 

How to make Coco Mango Royale:

  • Combine the first 3 ingredients In a bowl and let stand for 3 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, dissolve gelatin In buko juice, add evaporated milk and sugar.
  • Cook until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and pour into the fruit mixture stir to mix and pour into a buko shell or In a gelatin mold.
  • Refrigerate until set. Good for 4 servings
