evaporated milk
Instructions
How to make Peanut Butter Cup Cakes:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream margarine.
Add 1 cup brown sugar gradually until fluffy.
Add vanilla and peanut butter then mix thoroughly.
Beat egg and add remaining sugar.
Combine with creamed butter mixture and blend well.
Add dry ingredients alternatively with milk in small portions.
Beat well after each addition.
Then pour mixture into muffin pans lined with fluted paper cups.
Bake at 350 °F for 25 - 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cupcake comes out clean.
