  • 1 cup sliced burong mustasa
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
How to make burong mustasa with egg
  1. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  2. Add sliced burong mustasa , well beaten eggs and salt.
  3. As soon as the eggs are done, remove from the fire and serve.
